Job Title: Audiologist  Menlo Park Clinic
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audiologist to join our team at the Earlens Menlo Park Clinic. This in-person role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through comprehensive hearing evaluations, counseling, and fitting of Earlens and air conduction hearing solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patients hearing outcomes, providing high-quality clinical care, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct in-person hearing assessments, diagnostics, and consultations to determine appropriate treatment solutions.
 Fit, program, and verify Earlens and traditional air conduction hearing devices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
 Provide patient counseling, education, and follow-up support related to hearing loss and device use.
 Document all patient interactions accurately and completely in the electronic medical record system.
 Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
 Participate in clinic operations, including scheduling, equipment upkeep, and maintaining an efficient patient flow.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in audiology, hearing technology, and Earlens products.
 Deliver an exceptional patient experience by providing compassionate, personalized, and proactive service.
 Meet clinic productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
 Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Masters degree in Audiology
 Current and valid California Audiology license
 Minimum of 2 years of clinical audiology experience preferred
 Strong technical skills in hearing aid fitting, verification, and troubleshooting
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Physical Demands:
 Ability to sit, stand, and move between clinical spaces for extended periods
 Ability to use standard audiology equipment, computer systems, and office technology
Salary Range: $95,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience
