We are seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution to help us grow brand awareness, strengthen engagement across our installed base, and support the success of our local clinic and partner network.

This role requires a balance of hands-on content creation, project management, and team leadership. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing digital and print campaigns, leading our creative team, managing brand consistency, and driving local marketing efforts through events, community outreach, and patient engagement programs.


Key Responsibilities

Email & Digital Campaigns

  • Develop, write, and execute patient and provider email campaigns targeting our installed database (tested-not-treated, upgrade opportunities, and product education).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to segment audiences and measure campaign performance through open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM-based campaigns.

Content & Communications

  • Write, edit, and distribute newsletters for both internal and external audiences, including updates to clinic partners and corporate stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written and visual content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
  • Oversee creation of brochures, flyers, mailers, patient letters, and other print collateral.

Community & Field Marketing

  • Collaborate with local clinic teams to develop and execute community marketing calendars, events, and outreach programs that build local brand awareness and drive patient volume.
  • Create turnkey event toolkits and promotional materials for local use, aligning with corporate brand standards.

Creative & Brand Management

  • Manage a small creative team and external vendors responsible for design, website updates, and social media content.
  • Oversee all visual branding across Earlens’ website, social media channels, email campaigns, and print assets.
  • Ensure creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery of marketing projects.

Social Media & Web

  • Lead the strategy, scheduling, and content for corporate social media channels, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand tone.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content designers to keep the Earlens website fresh, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or consumer health.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with proven ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing creative projects and working cross-functionally with design, operations, and sales teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar) and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Creative eye for design and branding consistency.
