Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Audiologist to join our team in a fully remote role serving patients connected to our Torrance, CA clinic. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere while still engaging in high-level clinical care through teleaudiology and remote technology.

The ideal candidate will have ENT clinic experience, be comfortable working with cochlear implants (CI), and be highly tech-savvy. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, collaborating with our ENT partners, recommending tailored hearing solutions, and providing exceptional follow-up care—all through virtual platforms and connected technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote diagnostic hearing evaluations for patients of all ages, with a focus on complex cases.

  • Perform cochlear implant evaluations, programming, and follow-up care using teleaudiology tools.

  • Fit and adjust hearing aids remotely, including real-ear verification via connected systems.

  • Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, CI options, and other treatment pathways.

  • Provide ongoing remote support and device adjustments.

  • Collaborate virtually with ENT physicians and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

  • Participate in virtual patient education and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.).

  • California Audiology License and dispensing license.

  • ENT clinical experience required.

  • Proficiency with cochlear implant programming and remote follow-up care.

  • Strong technical skills and comfort with advanced hearing technology and teleaudiology platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
